A. This product is not MagSafe compatible. It does not have magnetic attachment functionality.
Q. Can I charge it while the case is on?
A. Yes, you can charge via cable through the charging port opening for each model even with the case on. The speaker and camera areas are also precisely cut.
Q. What if I don't know my iPad's generation?
A. Small text on the back of the iPad body shows "Model A2XXX." You can check the generation from the model number on the Apple support website.
Q. Are the charging port and camera positions different for each model?
A. Yes, they are precisely cut for each compatible model, so you can use it with a dedicated fit for the model you choose.
Q. Can I use Apple Pencil?
A. It is possible to use Apple Pencil while the case is on (this product does not have a pen storage slot, a separate holder is required).
