Chapter 2 Membership

Article 7 Membership Registration

Article 8 Issuance of Membership Cards

  1. Membership cards will contain barcode information and only one will be issued per member.
  2. Membership cards are non-transferable and non-lendable.

Article 9 Member Benefits <br data-start="1453" data-end="1456">Points and other benefits will be awarded according to the purchase amount. Please refer to the separate information page for details.

Article 10: Changes to registered information <br data-start="1519" data-end="1522">If there are any changes to your registered information, please make the changes as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any damages caused by failure to complete the change procedures.

Article 11 ID and Password Management
Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords, and are prohibited from disclosing them to third parties.

Article 12: Withdrawal Procedures <br data-start="1662" data-end="1665">Members may withdraw from the membership by following the prescribed withdrawal procedures.

Chapter 3 Online Store

Article 14 Purchase of Products

  1. Users can purchase products by following the prescribed procedures.
  2. The contract will be concluded when we send you an order confirmation email.
  3. In the event of fraud, the contract can be revoked or cancelled.
  4. Delivery is limited to within Japan.

Article 15 Payment Method

  1. The total payment amount includes the product price, shipping fee, and handling fee (tax included).
  2. Any disputes regarding credit card payments must be resolved between the parties involved.
  3. Payment terms are as stated in the notice based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.

Article 16 Returns and Exchanges

  1. We will accept returns of products that are different from your order or are defective, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (excluding certain conditions).
  2. If we have stock, we can exchange it.
  3. Return shipping costs for reasons at our company will be borne by us, but for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
