Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
*If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
*Please take a photo of the product for confirmation and attach it to an email along with the reason for return.
*Please return the product within 10 days of receiving your return or exchange request.
*Only applies to unused products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products or products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer negligence.
*Please be sure to return all products in the same condition as when they were delivered.
*Sale items, limited edition items, customized items, etc. are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and exchange shipping fees
*Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges due to customer reasons such as the product being different from what they expected, ordering the wrong item, or not liking the product.
*We will cover the cost of returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery.
Refund Policy

*If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed in accordance with the card company's regulations.
