- A. IMD (In-Mold Decoration) is a technique where the design is baked into the plastic layer, so there is a low risk of surface wear or peeling during daily use, keeping the pattern beautiful for a long time.
- Q3. How much drop protection does it offer for the AirPods本体?
- A. This case is designed to fully cover the exterior of the charging case, effectively protecting against daily scratches and minor drop impacts. We do not guarantee protection against drops from high places or strong impacts.

About delivery and shipping charges
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after acceptance. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery is expected within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment. Please contact the respective delivery company for parcel status.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will accept it if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
* If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
* Please take photos of the product for confirmation and attach them to your email along with the reason for the return.
* Please return the product within 10 days after your return/exchange request is approved.
* Only unused products are eligible. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, or products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
* All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.
* Sale items, limited edition items, and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

* For returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, such as "it's not what I imagined," "I made a mistake in the order," or "I don't like it," the shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
