A. Yes. The Crystal Gothic Cross comes in two bases, clear and black, while other designs have a clear base. Please check the product images before making your selection.
Q. Is it compatible with iPhone Air?
A. Yes, we offer an SKU specifically designed for iPhone Air. Please select "iPhone Air" from the compatible models when ordering.
Q. Are the openings for the buttons, charging port, and speaker accurate?
A. Yes, because each model is designed with a dedicated mold, the openings for the volume and power buttons, Lightning / USB-C ports, microphone, and speaker locations are all precisely cut.

Orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after acceptance. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery is expected within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment. Please contact the respective delivery company for parcel status.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will accept it if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
* If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
* Please take photos of the product for confirmation and attach them to your email along with the reason for the return.
* Please return the product within 10 days after your return/exchange request is approved.
* Only unused products are eligible. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, or products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
* All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.
* Sale items, limited edition items, and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Regarding Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
* For returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, such as "it's not what I imagined," "I made a mistake in the order," or "I don't like it," the shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
* In the case of returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery, we will bear the costs.

* After receiving the product and confirming its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 days.
