A. The honeycomb mesh structure is designed to naturally release heat from inside the case through ventilation holes. While not a complete cooling device, it is expected to mitigate temperature increases compared to sealed cases (results may vary depending on individual use and environment).
Q. Can I use a MagSafe charger?
A. Yes, magnets for MagSafe are integrated into the back, allowing you to attach MagSafe chargers and accessories.
Q. Does the case show the device's original color?
A. The clear translucent finish allows the device's original color to subtly show through. The degree of transparency varies slightly by color (Black / Purple / Blue are slightly darker, White / Orange are more transparent).
Q. What material is it made of?
A. It's a hybrid structure of TPU (flexible synthetic resin) and acrylic (hard resin). It combines both softness and hardness, with the honeycomb heat dissipation mesh integrally molded.

Orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after acceptance. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery is expected within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment. Please contact the respective delivery company for parcel status.

* Please return the product within 10 days after your return/exchange request is approved.
* Only unused products are eligible. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, or products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
* All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.
* Sale items, limited edition items, and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
