Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after acceptance. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery is expected within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment. Please contact the respective delivery company for parcel status.

We use Sagawa Express, Japan Post, and Yamato Transport for deliveries.

Shipping Fees

Nationwide Flat Rate: 690 yen (Additional shipping fees apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kagoshima, and remote islands)
※Free shipping for purchases of 6,990 yen or more.

Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kagoshima, and other remote islands: 1,500 yen shipping fee

Regarding Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will accept it if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

* If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
* Please take photos of the product for confirmation and attach them to your email along with the reason for the return.
* Please return the product within 10 days after your return/exchange request is approved.
* Only unused products are eligible. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, or products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
* All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.
* Sale items, limited edition items, and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Regarding Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

* For returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, such as "it's not what I imagined," "I made a mistake in the order," or "I don't like it," the shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
* In the case of returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery, we will bear the costs.

Regarding Refunds

* After receiving the product and confirming its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 days.
* For credit card payments, refunds will be processed according to the credit card company's regulations.
* Please note that if a product is returned without prior notice, a refund cannot be issued. If you wish to return an item, please contact us beforehand.
